OWN 1 Middle School is seeking dynamic, talented teachers to provide exemplary instructional practices, work hard to meet the high-accountability demands and close achievement gaps. To serve as a teacher for OWN Charter Schools. To provide students with a first-class learning experience that maximizes their intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development, including the development of their ability to apply their intellect to solving problems and contribute to their communities as enlightened and responsible citizens.
Primary Tasks
Pay & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,108 – $107,751, based on education, certification, years of relevant experience, and verified prior service, in alignment with our established salary scale. Employees with 30 credits beyond a master’s degree are eligible for additional competitive compensation.
Schedule: 10-month position with pay and benefits distributed evenly over 12 months to ensure consistent income and continuous coverage year-round.
