Special Education Teacher - high school

Looking for a contract special education teacher through December 19. The candidate will need to have a current AZ Special Education teaching certificate along with an IVP card.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate special education students into mainstream classrooms when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and progress towards IEP goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction, independence, and self-advocacy among students.
