Special Educator for SY 2026-2027

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of teaching experience who are committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support students with special needs in achieving academic and social goals
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different learning abilities
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff
• Monitor and report student progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education
• 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience
• CDA License OR currently in the process of applying OR eligible for CDA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
