Position Overview
Leams Education in Dubai is hiring an experienced Special Educator for an immediate opening in one of its British curriculum schools. The role requires a qualified professional with a strong background in Special Education, practical experience in inclusive teaching, and the ability to support diverse student needs effectively. Candidates with an Own Visa are preferred.

Core Duties

* Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students with special needs
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school leadership, teachers, and parents
* Adapt curriculum and assessments to ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all learners
* Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of learning outcomes
* Support classroom teachers in applying inclusive strategies and differentiation techniques
* Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders to update on student development
* Promote an inclusive school culture that aligns with British curriculum standards

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education with B.Ed
* Relevant teaching experience in the UAE, preferably in a British curriculum school
* Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and differentiated instruction
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Preference for candidates currently on Own Visa and available to join immediately
