SPECIAL NEED EDUCATOR

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Special Educator to work with children with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate should be patient, dedicated, and committed to helping students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide one-on-one and group support
• Use specialized teaching strategies and behavior-management techniques
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school staff
• Maintain student progress records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (or relevant field)
• Experience working with special needs children (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
