Welcome to Sales Excellence and Transformation!

You will be part of the global sales excellence team, which consists of 8 employees spread between the US, India, and Denmark. We have a strong collaborative spirit where curiosity and ambition drive us to explore and identify the best practices and constantly strive to optimize our sales process.

In this position, you’ll make an impact by…

  • Working in a central support function with deep collaboration with line of business as a basis for driving change
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on insights from system data and input from business areas.

Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Driving the analysis, design and implementation of digital solutions and tools to support the global sales organization
  • Data analysis across digital platforms, primarily in Salesforce
  • Development of training material to support digital system implementation – this could be digital tools, explainer videos and slides
  • Collection and identification of use-cases and construction of learning journeys

Collaboration with colleagues will be key as you will frequently interact with stakeholders in commercial excellence and in business areas.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Min 6 - 10 years of experience in change management and/or commercial excellence
  • Project management experience – you will be working with many stakeholders
  • Flair for technology - Experience in Salesforce CRM, Sharepoint, Sales Enablement and Learning management systems.
  • You comfortably navigate through movie creation software, digital support platforms, Microsoft365.
  • Good social skills and ability to engage with all levels of an organization
  • An eye for seeing simplification and optimization potential in a complex global sales organization
