<p>Penspen is looking for experienced candidates for the position of Specialist Commissioning (I&C).</p> <p>I&C (Instrumentation & Control) Commissioning Specialist in the offshore oil and gas sector is a senior technical role responsible for the final testing, calibration, and handover of complex control systems.</p> Qualification Required <ul> <li>An Engineering Degree, preferably from the I&C background.</li> </ul> Experience Required <ul> <li>Minimum 17 years of experience.</li> <li>10 years in the Oil and Gas industry in which minimum 5 years in the Offshore projects in the I&C area.</li> <li>Good exposure to the Commissioning activities.</li> <li>Must have handled offshore projects dealing with WHTs, Subsea Cable & Piping, B/Fs) etc.</li> <li>Previous ADNOC offshore experience is an added advantage.</li> </ul>

Overseeing the commissioning of offshore instrumentation and control systems, this role ensures safe, precise startup and handover of vital platforms such as wellhead towers, subsea cables & piping. By collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex oil and gas projects, you’ll directly impact operational excellence on high-profile offshore developments.
