The Job in a Nutshell

We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our team and help elevate our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance our brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive conversions. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure full integration of our marketing initiatives, optimize digital channels, and analyze performance metrics to improve strategies. What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging digital content (videos, banners, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and metrics.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility.
  • Prepare reports summarizing campaign results and recommending improvements.
  • Foster partnerships with external agencies and vendors for enhanced execution.

What Are We Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
