Role Purpose

The Specialist, Digital Transformation III supports the execution and adoption of digital transformation initiatives across the business. The role focuses on implementing digital tools, improving data utilization, and supporting technology‑enabled process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, decision‑making, and business performance.

Key Accountabilities

Digital Transformation & Technology Enablement

  • Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives aligned with business improvement and innovation objectives.
  • Assist in deploying digital tools, platforms, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
  • Participate in digital solution rollout, testing, and user adoption activities.

Data & Digital Solutions Support

  • Support data‑driven initiatives by assisting with data collection, validation, visualization, and reporting.
  • Work with digital platforms, analytics tools, and dashboards to enhance visibility and business insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in digital systems.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and improve workflows using technology.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging digital solutions and best practices.
  • Participate in pilot projects, proof‑of‑concepts, and digital innovation activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with business users, IT, and digital teams to understand requirements and support solution implementation.
  • Support change management and user engagement to drive digital adoption across departments.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure digital initiatives align with corporate standards, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements.
  • Document digital solutions, processes, and user guidelines as required.

Minimum Qualifications
