We are hiring a highly experienced and commercially certified Specialist Drone Operator to manage and execute a diverse range of critical missions across our client portfolio in the UAE.

This unique role requires expertise not just in piloting, but in leveraging UAS for Cleaning, Security Surveillance, Site Surveying, and Building Maintenance/Inspection.
What We Need :

• Mandatory GCAA/DCAA Commercial Pilot License: Non-negotiable certification for UAE commercial flights.
• 2-4 Years Commercial Experience: Proven track record in inspection, surveying, security, or cleaning operations.
• Security Clearance Ready: Eligibility for the required GCAA/DCAA security approval.
• Industrial Platform Expertise: Proficiency with high-end drones (e.g., DJI Matrice) and advanced payloads (Thermal, LiDAR).
• Cleaning/Inspection Focus: Direct experience in facade washing and building condition assessments.
• Mapping & Data Skills: Competence in site surveying, 3D modeling, and photogrammetry software.
