We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Specialist Endodontists, Prosthodontists, and Orthodontists to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities (Common for All Specialists)

• Assess patients’ oral and dental health and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Perform comprehensive clinical examinations using advanced diagnostic tools and imaging technologies
• Explain diagnosis, treatment options, risks, and post-treatment care clearly to patients
• Provide high-quality specialist treatments in accordance with DHA guidelines and best clinical practices
• Manage dental emergencies related to the specialty, including pain and infection control
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records
• Collaborate closely with general dentists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Supervise, guide, and train dental nurses on specialist instruments, procedures, and chairside assistance
• Adhere strictly to clinic protocols, infection control standards, and management policies
• Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques, and technologies in the respective specialty
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure patient safety and satisfaction at all times

Role-Specific ResponsibilitiesSpecialist Endodontist

• Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues
• Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic surgeries
• Manage traumatic dental injuries and complex endodontic cases
• Use rotary endodontics, apex locators, and advanced magnification tools

Specialist Prosthodontist

• Diagnose and manage complex restorative and rehabilitative dental cases
• Plan and execute fixed, removable, and implant-supported prostheses
• Perform full-mouth rehabilitation and aesthetic restorative procedures
• Collaborate with dental laboratories for precise prosthetic outcomes

Specialist Orthodontist

• Diagnose and treat malocclusions and jaw alignment issues
• Develop and execute orthodontic treatment plans for children and adults
• Provide treatment using braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust appliances as required

Requirements

• DHA Specialist License (Mandatory)
• Valid UAE Work Visa
• Proven experience in the respective specialty
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
