Specialist, ERP Technical

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Specialist, ERP Technical is responsible and passionate about enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our ERP system to support business operations and drive efficiency

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP systems, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and other SAP modules, as needed.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

3. Support the development and customization of SAP reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) to meet business needs.

4. Assist in the design and development of SAP customizations and enhancements using ABAP programming language, SAP UI5, and other relevant technologies.

5. Support SAP data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

6. Assist in the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and systems, including third-party software and external data sources.

7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP systems, including monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing performance tuning measures.

8. Assist in the testing and validation of SAP system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to ensure quality and reliability.

9. Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, configurations, and procedures, including user guides, technical specifications, and system documentation.

10. Stay informed about SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends, and continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge through training and self-study.

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience and good knowledge in any of SAP Modules in ABAP, BW, SAP Cloud, BTP or Artificial Intelligence
