About the Role

As a Specialist - Finance focused on Revenue, you will oversee the end-to-end revenue assurance process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in revenue recognition, forecasting, and pricing analysis. You will act as the subject matter expert in revenue governance, collaborating closely with Commercial, Contracts, and Operational teams to drive timely and complete revenue reporting that supports strategic financial decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue recognition process by validating revenue timing, value, and nature in accordance with contracts and IFRS 15 standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards, resolving issues related to revenue cut-off, pricing discrepancies, and documentation gaps.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and analyze pricing and volume trends to support margin improvement and risk mitigation.
• Develop detailed revenue reports and dashboards for management, and support internal and external audit processes with reconciliations and documentation.
• Recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance revenue visibility, automation, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead or support initiatives to document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to revenue processes.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a finance professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, preferably holding or progressing toward a professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA. You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in revenue management, financial planning & analysis, or commercial finance.

The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in revenue recognition principles, strategic revenue analysis, pricing and contract evaluation, and strong proficiency in ERP systems and digital reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau. You will be a trusted business partner who influences decision-making through data-driven insights, excels in process improvement, and ensures audit and compliance readiness with thorough documentation and controls.
