Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring an Specialist (HR Digital Transformation).


What will you do?

New System Implementation and Testing

  • Collaborate with HR teams across portfolio companies to gather and analyze HRIS requirements and define supporting procedures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between Raya Holding, system providers, and HR teams for all HRIS-related matters (issues, licenses, invoices).
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation following system implementations or updates.
  • Ensure clear communication of system updates and enhancements across all HR and HRIS teams.
  • Participate in system testing, including UAT, to ensure functionality and alignment with business needs.

HRIS Operations and Support:

  • Support daily HR operations by maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting HR systems and interfaces, including system upgrades and continuous monitoring.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to resolve HRIS-related technical issues (database and application) and escalate complex cases to system providers to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Manage system security, user access, and data permissions to ensure confidentiality, compliance, and proper governance.

HR Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and issues, recommend solutions, and ensure database readiness for reporting and analytics while maintaining data integrity across all HRIS platforms.
  • Design and deliver customized reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support HR operations and Finance decision-making.
  • Monitor data integrity, report discrepancies, and provide tools and guidance to LOBs for data validation and correction.

AI & Digital Innovation in HR

  • Explore and recommend AI-driven tools and solutions to enhance HR operations, improve reporting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making.


What will you need?

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years functional & technical experience; experience as systems analyst, HRIS analyst experience is a plus; Generalist Human Resources experience is an advantage.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or information technology/administration/finance or a related field.

Functional level:

  • Functional & technical knowledge of HRIS module.
  • Strong knowledge and ability to work with and analyze Excel spreadsheets, MS-Word, Access, PowerPoint & Visio.

Business level:

  • Understanding of how HR systems and their application affect the workings and efficiency of the business units.
  • Understanding Raya Culture, policies & procedures.
  • Able to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Flexible & adaptable to changing situations and able to work in fast-paced environment.
