The Role:

The successful candidate must support customer tasks via ticket requests and perform external/internal equipment installations. Monitor facility systems for critical alarms and perform facility/security walkthroughs. Work with Service Management Executives for sales and customer audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with technology installation to include securing of cabinets, racking of equipment, and cabling of devices
  • Assist with building Windows-based operating systems and device configuration
  • Provide on-site customer service to clients while working within the data center
  • Understand and follow defined standard operating procedures
  • Respond to and update tickets in accordance with department procedures
  • Issue problem, change, and request tickets when necessary for infrastructure and customer environments
  • Perform data center walk-through during each shift to check for abnormal conditions, such as unlocked cabinets/cages, unlocked PDUs, audible/visual alarms on equipment
  • Must work holidays that fall on scheduled shifts, have the flexibility to work extra shifts as required by management
  • Understand the facility support systems (power, HVAC, fire detection/suppression, security); respond to alarms in accordance with department procedures
  • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
  • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
  • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Data Center experience
  • Service Now/Secure Site Access experience
  • Microsoft tools experience (office/word/excel/outlook etc)
  • Network knowledge
  • Visio experience
  • Flexible with hours/days when needed
  • Willing to cross train
  • Must be legally eligible to work without visa sponsorship

Compensation and Benefits at 11:11 Systems

The base salary for this role ranges from $ 45,000 to $ 65,000.

These ranges are informed by market data, internal equity, and qualifications required by job level. Actual pay is based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and location.

Individuals may also be eligible for variable incentives such as bonuses or sales commissions, which are also based on level and position within the organization. Additional company-sponsored benefits include, but are not limited to:

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
