About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist – IT Planning to support the development and execution of technology strategies, governance frameworks, enterprise architecture initiatives, and smart technology programs. The successful candidate will contribute to technology planning activities, strategic assessments, enterprise architecture development, and technology innovation initiatives that support the organization's long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and assessments on technology trends, emerging innovations, and industry best practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of technology governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Contribute to the development of technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Assist in technology capacity planning and resource forecasting activities.
• Participate in technology audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support enterprise architecture activities, including architecture reviews, blueprints, and technology assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate technology solutions and support architecture integration initiatives.
• Contribute to smart technology planning and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support predictive analytics activities and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in developing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks for technology services and initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in IT Strategy, Technology Planning, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Technology Governance, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship, academic project, or training experience are encouraged to apply.
