Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial & Technology

Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to internal business units. Execute legal strategies related to contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation. Support litigation matters and regulatory complaints to safeguard Daman's interests. Manage intellectual property matters, including trademark registration, maintenance, and protection. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and applicable regulatory frameworks. Maintain and organize legal case files, contracts, and litigation documentation. Prepare and issue legal opinions on contractual, regulatory, and business matters. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, official correspondence, and regulatory submissions. Liaise with external legal counsel, judicial authorities, and regulatory bodies. Communicate legal updates, risks, and compliance matters to internal stakeholders and senior management.
