Job summary
As a Specialist - Maintenance, reporting to Lead PED you will be responsible for designing and developing maintenance protocols, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. The role involves overseeing preventive maintenance, improving productivity, and managing subcontractors to enhance plant uptime and reduce downtime.
What will you do?

Designing & developing maintenance protocols and procedures.

Experience in Project Management

Solid understanding of programming and automation development

Tracking R&M budgets and expenses to meet company objectives.

Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation of spare parts inventory
-
Prepared CAPEX Project Proposals, Cost Estimates, Schedules, Status Reports, and execution plans

Downtime monitoring and strategic plans for reduction of plant downtime

Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS for department.

Hiring and management of subcontractors and other vendors for specialized maintenance work

Looking for new ways to improve productivity and cost reduction.

Ensuring that all maintenance processes are consistent with industry regulations and OSHA standards.

Compliance of ISO procedures for PED function

Creating preventive maintenance procedures, checklists, and adherence of schedule

Key strategic projects to improve uptime of critical equipment’s.

Workforce management, sub-contractor management, AMC of critical equipment, Utility

Improving workplace safety with highest standards of compliance.
What are we looking for?

Maintenance and Project Management Expertise: Strong background in designing maintenance protocols, managing R&M budgets, preparing CAPEX proposals, and executing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve equipment uptime.

Operational Efficiency & Cost Management: Proven ability in tracking expenses, forecasting spare parts inventory, managing subcontractors/vendors, and finding innovative solutions for productivity improvements and cost reduction.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety: In-depth understanding of industry regulations (e.g., OSHA standards), ISO procedures, and a focus on workplace safety with adherence to best practices for preventive maintenance and equipment management.
