About Role:
As the Specialist, Marketing for SitePlug, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, sharpen positioning, and generate high-quality leads across key global markets including US, Europe, UK, and APAC. This role requires a strong balance of strategy, execution, and creativity, with a clear emphasis on content writing, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, product, operations, and leadership to deliver impactful marketing programs that contribute directly to business growth.
Roles & Responsibility:

Partner with leadership to define and execute brand, media, and go-to-market strategies, balancing awareness, engagement, and lead generation across regions.

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across content, email, digital, and partner channels with a strong focus on lead quality, conversions, and ROI.

Write, review, and edit high-quality marketing content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, sales decks, website copy, and social media posts, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

Collaborate closely with sales, product, design, tech, and business teams, as well as external partners and agencies, to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns.

Build and manage a central repository of sales-enablement assets such as presentations, one-pagers, brand videos, award submissions, case studies, and customer success stories.

Execute, monitor, and optimize CRM-driven campaigns on HubSpot, ensuring effective lead nurturing and sustained engagement.

Track campaign performance using analytics and dashboards, derive insights, optimize spend, and report on KPIs for continuous improvement.

Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and leadership updates by presenting consolidated marketing performance insights and recommendations.

Contribute to brainstorming and ideation for thought leadership initiatives and global marketing campaigns.
Required Skills:

2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in AdTech, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Affiliate Marketing.

Exceptional content writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail and tone.

Proven experience executing B2B marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.

Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Experience in annual marketing planning, performance tracking, and budget management.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.
