Specialist Maternal and Fetal Medicine

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine to join our dedicated healthcare team. This vital role focuses on providing exceptional care to expectant mothers facing high-risk pregnancies, ensuring the health and safety of both mothers and their infants.

As a Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to assess and manage complex pregnancy cases. You will work closely with patients, providing them with support and comprehensive care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with high-risk pregnancies through thorough assessments and advanced diagnostics
• Perform detailed obstetric ultrasounds and recommend appropriate prenatal testing
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health risks and treatment options
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Participate in research and clinical studies to advance the field of Maternal and Fetal Medicine
  
  

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with an accredited medical degree
• Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal and Fetal Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
• Expertise in advanced prenatal diagnostics and evaluation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on patient care
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Commitment to continuous education and professional development
