Specialist Ophthalmologist

Abuelkhair Healthcare is seeking a licensed, experienced Ophthalmologist to join our expanding medical team in the UAE. The ideal candidate is patient‑focused, clinically strong, and committed to delivering high‑quality eye care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose vision problems
• Manage and treat eye diseases, injuries, and infections
• Perform minor and major ophthalmic procedures (as per license)
• Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
• Use diagnostic equipment such as slit lamps, OCT, and fundus cameras
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards
• Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and other clinical staff

Requirements

• Valid UAE DOH/DHA/MOH license or eligibility letter
• Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills (if applicable)
• Excellent communication and patient‑care abilities
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
