Specialist Pediatric Dentist - Leading Healthcare Facility

SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opportunity for a Specialist Pediatric Dentist at a leading healthcare facility. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with providing comprehensive dental care specifically designed for pediatric patients, ensuring their dental health and wellbeing in a friendly and compassionate environment.

As a Specialist Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental issues in infants, children, and adolescents. Your role includes educating patients and their families about oral hygiene and preventive care, creating a positive dental experience that encourages children to maintain their dental health.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments tailored to the needs of pediatric patients
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions including cavities, periodontal issues, and developmental anomalies
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Perform a variety of pediatric dental procedures, including restorative work, extractions, and preventive treatments
  • Utilize child-friendly techniques to ensure that young patients feel at ease during their visits
  • Educate parents and caregivers on effective oral hygiene practices and nutritional advice for children's dental health
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of dental professionals and healthcare staff to provide comprehensive care



Requirements

  • Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency and board certificatiate
  • Demonstrated experience working with children in a dental setting
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and behavior management techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and their families
  • A caring and empathetic approach to patient care, fostering a positive environment for young patients
  • Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with advancements in pediatric dentistry
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare team environment
