Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert emergency medical care to pediatric patients with a wide range of acute conditions and injuries.
• Perform rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children in emergency scenarios.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions for complex cases.
• Mentor and supervise junior doctors, trainees, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement protocols and guidelines to improve pediatric emergency care delivery.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with latest advances in pediatric emergency medicine

• Experience in a pediatric emergency department, preferably in a university or academic healthcare setting
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric emergency care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) desirable
