Specialist Pediatrician

As a Pediatrician, you will play a crucial role in assessing and addressing the health needs of children from birth through young adulthood. Your commitment to pediatric medicine will significantly impact the lives of the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive medical examinations and assessments of infants, children, and adolescents

2. Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric conditions and illnessesAdminister vaccinations and preventive care, ensuring adherence to immunization schedules

3.Directing, coordinating, consulting with, and referring patients to nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.

4.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting medical history and treatment plans.

5. Stay updated on the latest medical research and advancements in paediatrics.

6. Participate in community outreach programs to promote child health awareness.

7. Advocate for children's health issues within the community and healthcare system.

Preferred Candidate:

• Medical degree with specialisation in Paediatrics

• Valid DHA eligibility

• Valid BLS, ACLS certificate
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and their families.
• Empathy and compassion towards young patients and their caregivers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records.
• Willingness to participate in community health initiatives.
