Specialist Physician – Anesthesia

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Specialist Physician – Anesthesia to join one of our reputable healthcare clients in the Al Dhafra Region, UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated anesthesia specialist to become part of a well-established medical facility that values clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous professional development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality anesthetic care across surgical procedures while ensuring adherence to international standards and best medical practices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and assess patient medical history and risk factors
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients’ vital signs during surgery and adjust anesthesia levels as required
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and ensure patient stability
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical care support when needed
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies and DOH regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits

Requirements:
