Location: Al Dhafra Region

We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Specialist Physician – Emergency Medicine (General) for a reputable healthcare facility based in the Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi.

Important: Applicants must be willing to work and relocate to Al Dhafra Region.

Position Overview

The Specialist Physician will be responsible for the immediate assessment, diagnosis, stabilization, and management of patients presenting with acute and life-threatening conditions in the Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage emergency cases across all age groups
• Perform urgent and life-saving medical procedures
• Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate referrals or admissions
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and hospital clinical protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent recognized medical degree
• Specialist qualification in Emergency Medicine
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter (Abu Dhabi)
• Dataflow verification completed
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Emergency Medicine
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
