Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans.
• Coordinate patient care with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and modify rehabilitation plans as required.
• Provide specialist consultations and recommendations for complex rehabilitation cases.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
• Educate patients and their families regarding rehabilitation goals, treatment plans, and expected outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and clinical standards.
• Contribute to the continuous development of rehabilitation services within the organization.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate Qualification / Board Certification in Rehabilitation Medicine.
• DOH License, Eligibility Letter, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Abu Dhabi.
• Relevant specialist-level clinical experience in Rehabilitation Medicine.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, and professional ethics.
