About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Specialist to join theresort's Private Access team.

Primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Deliver tailored services and amenities to VIP guests inprivate accessareas.
• Assistwith the planning and execution of exclusive events, experiences, and activities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring accuracy and discretion.
• Support the Manager and team inmaintainingprivacy and confidentiality standards.
• Liaise with butlers, coordinators, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and service interactions.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, etiquette, and serviceat all times.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or private residence service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
