Specialist Pulmonologist - Private Sector

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Pulmonologist to join the private healthcare sector. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment where you will provide expert care in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.

As a Specialist Pulmonologist in the private sector, you will be responsible for assessing patients with respiratory conditions, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive management of pulmonary diseases, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that meets the expectations of private healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with respiratory issues.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function tests, imaging studies, and laboratory results.
  • Diagnose and treat various pulmonary conditions such as asthma, COPD, interstitial lung diseases, and lung infections.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans including medical therapy, respiratory support, and lifestyle interventions.
  • Maintain clear and accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the private sector setting.
  • Stay updated with current trends, research, and best practices in pulmonology through continuous professional development.

Requirements
  • Medical degree with specialization in pulmonology and an active license to practice.
  • Proven experience working as a Specialist Pulmonologist, preferably within the private healthcare sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of respiratory diseases, treatment modalities, and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to interpret pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
