In this role, you will provide expert reproductive healthcare services within a private healthcare setting, delivering personalized and compassionate care to individuals and couples experiencing reproductive challenges. Your clinical expertise and patient-centered approach will be essential in helping patients achieve their family planning goals with the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments and evaluations of patients presenting with reproductive health concerns, including infertility
- Diagnose and manage complex reproductive disorders using state of the art diagnostic tools and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and preferences
- Perform advanced assisted reproductive technologies (ART) procedures such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and embryo transfer within a private healthcare setting
- Provide empathetic counseling and support to patients and their families throughout diagnosis and treatment processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including embryologists, nurses, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and quality assurance consistent with private sector healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in reproductive medicine and participate in continuous professional development activities
- Medical degree with valid license to practice in the private healthcare sector
- Completed fellowship or specialization in Reproductive Medicine or Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
- Proven experience in managing fertility and reproductive health issues within a private healthcare environment
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced assisted reproductive technologies, including IVF and IUI
- Strong patient communication skills with emphasis on empathy and emotional support
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary private healthcare team
- Commitment to maintaining clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
