Specialist - Restorative Dentist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Specialist - Restorative Dentist to deliver advanced dental restorative treatments with a focus on patient-centered care. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to restore oral function and aesthetics, offering customized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental assessments and develop tailored restorative treatment plans.
• Execute complex restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants.
• Manage endodontic treatments such as root canal therapy when necessary.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care to maintain restorations.
• Collaborate with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in restorative dentistry and integrate new techniques into practice.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Specialist qualification or advanced training in Restorative Dentistry.
• Valid dental license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in restorative dentistry.
• Proficiency in modern restorative dental techniques and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
