How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist - NPI, you will be responsible for Site localizations, Category management and Supplier development & management as part of the Outdoor Wireless Networks group. You will work closely with Global teams to the role of Sourcing Specialist.This role will be based in Verna, Goa site.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Owning and drivingthe sourcing & procurement process for new product introductions / localization including Vendor selections and qualifications with respect to define category / risk.
• Ensuringearly supplier involvement in NPI projects to support design-for-manufacturability and cost targets.
• Drivingimprovements in NPI sourcing processes, supplier selection frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.
• Leading and delivering timely cost-effective sourcing solutions to support NPI projects.
• Demonstrating Strategic capability & leadership Commodity, Category and Risk mitigation.
• Evaluatingand selecting suppliers based on their capabilities, quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Developing a strong understanding and knowledge of suppliers and capabilities.
• Collaboratingand communicatingeffectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses on project status, constraints and mitigations
• Leading vendor qualification, onboarding and documentation processes.
• Supporting cost-saving and localization initiatives under the guidance of Sourcing and Operations leads.
• Part qualification in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supplier Quality and QA
• Managingsupply chain risk and relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply while meeting quality and service requirements.
• Collaboratingwith internal stakeholders to align procurement efforts with project or operational requirements.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineeringor equivalent field.
• 57 years of core experience in Sourcing, procurement operations, and vendor coordination.
• ERP experience is mandatory.
