Specialist Veterinarian

Charis Veterinary Clinic is a specialist-focused veterinary center in Bahrain committed to advanced diagnostics, ethical medicine, and compassionate care. We are seeking experienced veterinarians who are either specialists or strongly motivated to pursue specialization as part of our practice.

This role is ideal for clinicians with strong general practice foundations who wish to work with complex cases and develop further expertise in their chosen field.

Specialist interests welcome in:

• Orthopedics & Neurology
• Internal Medicine
• Oncology
• Dermatology

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage medical and/or surgical cases to a high clinical standard
• Handle complex and referral-level cases
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis
• Work collaboratively with veterinarians, nurses, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Participate in clinical discussions and continuous professional development

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general practice or specialty practice
• Strong medical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and client-management skills
• Interest in specialization or current specialist training (preferred)
• Eligibility or willingness to obtain veterinary licensure in Bahrain
