Jebla Coffee Roasters is a growing specialty coffee brand in Kuwait, dedicated to quality, innovation, and excellence in every cup. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Specialty Coffee Roaster to join our roastery team.

Responsibilities:

• Roast high-quality specialty coffee consistently to meet our flavor and quality standards.
• Develop and profile new coffees, ensuring optimal flavor expression for each origin.
• Operate and maintain roasting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor roast curves, production logs, and quality control data.
• Conduct cupping sessions to evaluate green and roasted coffee.
• Collaborate with the team on product development and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the roasting and production area.

Requirements:

• Full, hands-on knowledge of specialty coffee roasting.
• Strong understanding of green coffee, roast profiling, and sensory evaluation.
• Experience using roasting software and equipment.
• Ability to maintain consistency, manage workflow, and meet production targets.
• Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning.
• Previous experience in a specialty roastery is required.
