Mystic Stamp Company is America's Leading Stamp Dealer, and our special inventory is collectable postage stamps, coins, and First Day Covers. Our focus is to bring the pleasure and excitement of collecting stamps to a wide audience, and to make it fun and easy for collectors to enjoy their hobby.

Our Special Inventory Supervisor will:

· Lead, coach, and manage a staff of approximately 22 employees

· Direct and oversee production activities to ensure timely and accurate processing and inventory management of all stamps, first day covers, supplies, coins, and associated products.

· Manages the processes which ensure the careful and accurate handling, storage, and maintenance of raw, work-in-progress, and finished-goods inventories

· Supports sales and other operations areas via buying, processing, grading, and pricing functions

· Ensures employees set accurate and timely retail pricing in accordance with company gross margin guidelines

· Responsible for on-time submission of management KPIs (Executive Summary Reports, goal updates, quality/production tracking reports, year-end analysis reports, etc)

Pay: $81,874.00 - $100,000.00 per year
