Specialty Pharmacy Technician

Qualifications:

• Registered pharmacy technician
• Significant customer service experience, ideally in the pharmacy industry.
• Experience in retail pharmacy dispensing specialty drugs.
• Must demonstrate high levels of critical thinking skills in addition to customer service experience.
• Knowledge of/proficiency in medical terminology preferred (written & oral).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, intense (high volume) environment.
