Specification Engineer

Hira Industries is seeking an experienced Specification Engineer – Acoustic Products to drive the specification of our acoustic solutions with consultants, architects, and developers across the UAE. The role focuses on getting Hira Industries’ products approved, listed, and specified in project vendor lists and tender documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and specify Hira Industries’ acoustic products with consultants, architects, and designers in the UAE market.
• Ensure company products are included in approved vendor lists and project specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, Contractors and design firms.
• Conduct product presentations, technical meetings, and acoustic solution briefings.
• Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and production teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Track upcoming projects and follow up on specifications
• Maintain updated records of specified projects and consultant approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in specification role for building materials / acoustic / HVAC products in the UAE.
• Strong working relationships with UAE consultants and design firms is mandatory.
• Proven experience in getting products specified and approved in consultant vendor lists.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Male candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
