Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specification Engineer at Grand Seal Building & Construction Materials LLC in Sharjah. The role involves specifying construction chemical products, coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders, preparing technical submittals, and supporting the sales team to convert specified projects.

Qualification

• 2 year of experience in construction chemicals
• Experience in site supervision, technical support, and project coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written);
• English proficiency preferred
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with multiple teams
• Strong understanding of construction materials and specifications
• Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings if required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for waterproofing systems and site applications
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper waterproofing installation practices
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards
• Assist in project execution, troubleshooting, and technical operations
• Support material selection and application procedures for waterproofing works
