Spectro Analyst

Hiflo Solders is seeking an experienced Spectro Analyst to carry out accurate chemical and elemental analysis of solder alloys. The candidate must have hands-on experience in spectro analysis and a valid certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spectro analysis of solder and metal alloys
• Ensure alloy composition meets company and customer specifications
• Independently operate, calibrate, and maintain spectro equipment
• Prepare samples and analyze test results
• Record and maintain accurate test reports and documentation
• Support production and QC teams during batch approval
• Follow quality, safety, and ISO procedures

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant spectro analysis experience
• Valid Spectro / Spectroscopy certification

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Metallurgy / Materials Science

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of metal and solder alloy composition
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
