Speech Language Pathologist

REACH is growing and looking to add an SLP to our current team. We are an established pediatric company dedicated to providing top-notch support to our therapists and exceptional care to our young patients. We are a tight-knit team committed to creating a nurturing environment for both our patients and our therapists.

Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Decatur, AL OR Muscle Shoals, AL

Hours: Full Time or Part Time

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement speech therapy programs tailored to individual patient needs.

- Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.

- Educate and support families to ensure optimal carryover of therapeutic strategies.

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.

- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

- Previous experience in pediatrics preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping children succeed.
