Inclusive Pathways Speech is a growing, bilingual (English–Spanish) pediatric speech therapy practice providing neurodiversity-affirming, play-based, and sensory-informed services. We support children and families across Queens (clinic-based in a sensory gym) and Brooklyn (home-based services), meeting children in the environments where they learn, play, and thrive.

Our work is grounded in connection over compliance, prioritizing regulation, collaboration with families, and meaningful communication development.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in both clinic and home-based settings while supporting a diverse pediatric population.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients
  • Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver play-based, child-led, and sensory-informed therapy sessions
  • Complete session documentation, progress reports, and required paperwork
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Provide caregiver coaching and home carryover strategies

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • NYS License in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations (preschool and school-age)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • DIR/Floortime
  • Sensory-informed approaches
  • Gestalt Language Processing
  • Feeding therapy (AEIOU or similar training)
  • Experience working with bilingual (Spanish-speaking) families

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
