Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Buffalo Grove, IL
Setting: Outpatient Neurological Rehab – Pediatric & Adult
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Shifts: Flexible 4- or 8 hour shifts
Patient Volume: One-on-one model; average 6–10 visits/day
Salary: $85,000–$100,000 based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500

Who You’ll Treat
We serve a mix of pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics—all with neuro-based conditions. You’ll see kids with speech and feeding delays, adults recovering from stroke or brain injury, and seniors managing degenerative disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech therapy for pediatric and adult patients with neurological conditions
• Create personalized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
• Collaborate daily with PTs, OTs, and other team members to ensure coordinated care
• Document thoroughly and on time using EMR
• Educate patients and families on home programs and goals
• Participate in weekly team meetings and occasional in-services
• Help build a positive, fun, and supportive clinic culture
• Contribute to patient retention by delivering exceptional care and clear communication
