Speech Therapist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist based in Lahore. The Speech Therapist will work with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities, conducting assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include addressing speech delays, language and communication disorders, and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia), while monitoring and documenting progress. The therapist will also collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to care.

• Expertise in Speech Therapy to assess and treat speech and communication difficulties
• Proficiency in managing Communication and Language Disorders
• Familiarity with techniques for addressing Dysphagia and related feeding/swallowing challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills to support collaboration with families and teams
• Relevant certifications or licensing in Speech Therapy
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Urdu
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
