At Spine & Sports Physical Therapy, therapists work one-on-one with patients for up to 60 minutes, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care and building meaningful relationships with your patients. Most patients see the same therapist for their entire plan of care, allowing for true continuity and stronger outcomes.

Spine & Sports PT is a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic that has served the Austin community for over 10 years. Our goal is to create a clinic where therapists can practice high-quality physical therapy without the pressures of high-volume clinics.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys clinical problem solving, movement analysis, and helping patients understand the root cause of their symptoms.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • One-on-one outpatient orthopedic patient care
  • 60-minute treatment sessions
  • Continuity of care with the same patients
  • Focus on movement-based rehab, manual therapy, and patient education
  • Time to think clinically and develop individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality one-on-one physical therapy care
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on recovery, movement, and prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Follow Texas PT Practice Act and HIPAA compliance
  • Submit charge sheets and complete daily documentation

Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics
  • Manual therapy and McKenzie training preferred
  • Strong communication and patient rapport skills
  • Attention to detail with documentation
  • CPR certification
