SPINE SURGEON—Mayfield Clinic, Springboro, OH (Dayton area)

Position Overview:
Mayfield Brain & Spine is seeking a Complex and Deformity Spine Surgeon to join our growing team and help expand our geographic footprint in our newest location in Springboro, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a new market presence within a respected, physician-led practice known for excellence in spine and neurosurgical care.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible and fellowship-trained in complex spine surgery, with a proven commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative practice. A strong bedside manner and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role and for building lasting partnerships with both patients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery

• Fellowship training in Complex and/or Deformity Spine Surgery

• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Ohio

• Strong communication and leadership skills
