Spoken English Tutor

Responsibilities:

 Planning and preparing courses and lesson plans. Strong subject knowledge of English related to CBSE’s preparation from KG to Class Vth.
 Defining the learning objectives as per the NCERT standards and bloom's taxonomy as a measure of key learning indicators.
 Ability to estimate the optimal number of learning objectives that can be part of each session depending on the kid's age group.
 Design and deliver rigorous and creative lessons for online as well as in-person live tutoring sessions - where real-world connections, games, and interactives are the core drivers.
 Design innovative and engaging games, inter-activities and assessments to create a strong foundational learning experience always connecting it to the core principles.
 Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
 Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
 Supervise students during classes and at other times in the school day, including in the playground during breaks.

Requirements:

 Strong organizational, communications, PR and interpersonal skills.
 Experience in story boarding and script writing for educational content.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to visualise and present content in a very engaging manner which is student-friendly.
 Diverse thought process and strong interlinkage of concepts across the subjects.
 Great problem solver and storyteller, first principles thinking, and amazing team player.
 Candidates with School Teaching Experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred.
 Must have a B.Ed. & M.A. in English and must have worked as a full-time teacher in a top-tier institution for at least 1 year.
 Must have training in the Montessori curriculum

Nice to have:

 Experience in creating and producing content for Ed-tech platforms.
 Candidates with a habit of continuous self learning will be preferred.
 Experience in creating inter-activities, game design on any game engines such as Scratch, Unity, Unreal Engine, GeoGebra or any other tools.
 Degree in student psychology.

Salary

Rs 10,000 – 15,000/month + HRA+ TA + DA. Leaves, extra according to FFLV’s policies
