Sponsorship Sales Manager - Middle East

Salary: 16,000 - 20,000 Dirhams per month + OTE + Remote

Language: Arabic Speaker

Location: Remote - Dubai

My client is seeking a talented Commercial & Sponsorship Manager to manage relationships with a global client base, with a focus on the Middle East. The role involves working across our esteemed global Fintech event portfolio, contributing to the development of events both in-person and online worldwide. This is a remote position with some international travel.

They host thousands of professionals annually at their events and run industry content hubs and webinars to engage their community year-round.

The Role

You will sell sponsorship and partnership packages to a range of top vendor prospects, managing both long-term corporate accounts and new business opportunities across all events.

Your Skills

• Developing client accounts
• Opening and closing business deals
• Proposal writing
• Providing written and verbal reports with insightful analysis

Your Experience

• At least 2+ years of event sales experience
• Proven track record in event sales or similar roles
• Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools (helpful)
• BA degree or higher
