Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship & Partnerships Specialist to support full sponsorship management for an upcoming corporate event submission next week. This is a short-term, high-impact project focused on building a strong sponsorship structure and sourcing relevant sponsors.

The ideal candidate has proven experience engaging reputable brands in the UAE market and can quickly develop a strategic sponsorship framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with the event objectives

Identify and source relevant sponsors within the UAE market

Leverage existing networks and/or databases of potential sponsors

Create structured sponsorship tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver, etc.)

Define benefits, pricing models, and value propositions

Support the creation/refinement of sponsorship decks and proposal materials

Provide recommendations for long-term sponsorship strategy

Requirements:

Proven experience in sponsorship acquisition and partnership management

Strong network of corporate brands and decision-makers in the UAE

Experience working with high-profile or large-scale events preferred

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Strong negotiation and presentation skills
