We provide world-class engineering support and digital solutions to global clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Spoolgen Designer to join our team and support piping fabrication drawing development for major oil & gas projects.

Job Responsibilities

· Develop piping isometric drawings for fabrication using Hexagon SmartPlant Spoolgen or similar software.

· Generate shop drawings, cutting plans, and fabrication reports with accurate material details and database..

· Interpret P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, and piping layouts to prepare spool drawings.

· Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASME, API, etc.), and client requirements.

· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams to resolve design and material issues.

· Support QA/QC documentation for fabrication and erection.

· Maintain revision control and proper documentation of all fabrication drawings.

Key Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in piping isometric drawing preparation for fabrication.

· Strong working knowledge of SmartPlant Spoolgen (mandatory).

· Familiarity with ASME B31.3, B31.1 and piping fabrication practices.

· Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, piping GA drawings, and project specifications.

· Knowledge of material take-offs (MTO) and welding mapping is an advantage.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

· Projects in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant sectors.

· Experience working with EPC companies or fabrication contractors.

· Exposure to offshore or refinery piping projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
