We deliver programs in schools, nurseries, community settings, and corporate spaces, as well as community and corporate sports events that promote physical activity, wellness, and inclusion.

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled female Sport Coordinator / Coach to join our growing team. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and manage sports sessions and events across multiple age groups and ability levels, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging coaching sessions in football (soccer), cycling, swimming, and gymnastics.
• Develop inclusive sports programs for children, young people, adults, and people of determination.
• Deliver sports sessions within schools and nurseries as well as community locations.
• Coordinate, support, and deliver community and corporate sports events.
• Manage scheduling, equipment, and session logistics.
• Promote positive experiences in sport, fostering physical literacy, confidence, and teamwork.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognised coaching certifications in at least one of the following: football, swimming, cycling, or gymnastics (multi-sport preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children, adults, and individuals with additional needs.
• Experience delivering sessions in schools and nurseries is an advantage.
• Experience supporting or delivering sports events is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• First Aid certification (preferred).

Working Hours

• Typically 5–6 days per week including evenings and weekends (rotating schedule).
• Flexibility required during events, community activations, and peak program periods.

• Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
• Trial Period: 6 months (paid)
• Visa & Benefits: Employment visa and benefits provided upon successful completion of the trial period and job offer acceptance

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
